Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of AI credits on cana.love. cana.love is free to use and does not offer paid subscriptions. Paid credits are not available at present; if they return, purchases will be handled by a payment provider named in this policy before any payment is taken.

2. AI Credit Refunds

AI credits are generally non-refundable once purchased. We may consider a refund in these cases:

• A technical fault prevented you from using credits you paid for
• Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges
• Where a refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Credits that have already been used
• Change of mind after credits have been used
• Dissatisfaction with dating outcomes, matches, or AI results
• Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@cana.love support@cana.love with:

• Your account email address
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the refund request
• Any relevant transaction IDs

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

4. Refund Processing

An approved refund is returned by the same method used for the original payment. Processing time depends on that provider and your bank; please allow several business days for the funds to reach you.

5. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law, including in Chile (Ley N° 19.496). Where the law grants you a mandatory right to a refund or withdrawal, that right prevails. In particular:

• cana.love has no subscription, so there is no recurring charge to cancel
• You can stop purchasing credits at any time
• Unused credits remain available in your account
• Any mandatory statutory rights (including a legal right of withdrawal, where it applies) always apply
