2. Description of Service
Cana is an online dating platform designed to help individuals with traditional values find meaningful relationships leading to marriage. Our Service includes profile creation, search functionality, messaging, and optional premium features through paid subscriptions.
3. Eligibility
To use Cana, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be legally able to enter into a binding contract
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
- Not have been previously banned from our platform
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Upload explicit, offensive, or inappropriate material

6. Content Guidelines
All content you submit must be appropriate for a dating platform focused on traditional marriage. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or our community standards. Content is moderated using AI and manual review processes.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Cana offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed through our payment provider Paddle. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Provide accurate billing information
8. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund if you have not used premium features
- Technical issues: Prorated refund if the Service was unavailable for extended periods
- Billing errors: Full refund for any duplicate or erroneous charges
To request a refund, please contact us at support@cana.love with your account email and reason for the refund request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cana SpA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it for operating the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that other users' information is accurate. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the Service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cana SpA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Chile, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santiago, Chile.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
