Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of AI credits on Cana. Cana is free to use and does not offer paid subscriptions. Credit purchases are processed by a third-party cryptocurrency payment processor.

2. AI Credit Refunds

AI credits are generally non-refundable once purchased. We may consider a refund in these cases:

  • A technical fault prevented you from using credits you paid for
  • Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges
  • Where a refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Credits that have already been used
  • Change of mind after credits have been used
  • Dissatisfaction with dating outcomes, matches, or AI results
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations

3. Cryptocurrency Payments

Because purchases are made with cryptocurrency, please note:

  • Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed
  • Any approved refund is issued in cryptocurrency (or its equivalent); network fees and exchange-rate changes may affect the amount you receive
  • We may need information from the payment processor to verify a transaction before refunding

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@cana.love support@cana.love with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant transaction IDs

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through our cryptocurrency payment processor. Processing time depends on the blockchain network and the processor; please allow several business days for the funds to reach your wallet.

6. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law, including in Chile (Ley N° 19.496). Where the law grants you a mandatory right to a refund or withdrawal, that right prevails. In particular:

  • Cana has no subscription, so there is no recurring charge to cancel
  • You can stop purchasing credits at any time
  • Unused credits remain available in your account
  • Any mandatory statutory rights (including a legal right of withdrawal, where it applies) always apply
