This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and purchases made on Cana. Our payment processing is handled by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record.

2. Subscription Refunds

We offer refunds for subscription purchases under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests made within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Technical issues that prevent access to paid features
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Requests made after 14 days from purchase
  • Partial subscription periods already used
  • Dissatisfaction with dating outcomes or matches
  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations

3. AI Credits Refunds

AI Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except in cases of:

  • Technical errors preventing credit usage
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Billing errors

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@cana.love with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant transaction IDs

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • You will retain access to paid features until the subscription expires
  • No prorated refunds are provided for unused time
